Be Ready: Important Change Proposed to City Ordinance

Notice

As previously reported by SCA, the Shorewood Planning Commission is hosting four public hearings tomorrow night, Apr. 1 2025. Planning commission public hearings are the only opportunity for residents to comment on the matters being considered. See meeting material here.

The last hearing on the agenda (D) may have the greatest impact on property owners in the city because it relates to subdividing private property and municipal water hook-up:
