MnDOT has developed a comprehensive website to keep the public informed and engaged as it progresses with the Hwy 7 Corridor Study. It includes public feedback gathered via an online study of design alternatives, pop-up events, an online public meeting and online survey. Even though the comment period has closed, you can still leave a comment or question, or sign up for email updates.
The project has been split into two segments. At this time, three alternatives are being considered for each as laid out on the website. Alternatives are based on data collected from the public. Included are breakdowns of safety factors, performance ratings and costs. Construction is proposed to begin in 2029.
